Driver Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)

Pay Structure

W-2 employees operating company-owned equipment under our DOT/MC authority.

Regional & Contract Routes — Daily Rate

$200–$300 per day

  • Typically 2–5 loads per day (route dependent)
  • Ideal for local & regional routes
  • Consistent dispatch & support

Long-Distance / OTR — Per Mile

$0.60–$0.75 per mile

  • Interstate and long-distance routes
  • Performance expectations and scheduling apply
